How do I take part?!?!
- Order as a GOMEX member on the GYG App, and spend $25 (or more) in a single transaction. You’ll receive a unique code via email when your order is complete.
- Download the Timezone Fun App and create an account.
- On the Timezone Fun App, select the barcode icon in the top right-hand corner of the home screen, choose ‘Enter details manually’ and insert your code.
- Select a Powercard in your account to add the $10 game credit to. Don’t have a Powercard? No worries! Head into your local Timezone and pick one up for free! 👏
Full Terms & Conditions
*The Unique Voucher Code Promotion (“the Promotion”) is organized by Guzman y Gomez Franchising Pty Ltd (GYG) and is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of GYG, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or promotion.
• The Promotion will run from 15th May 2023 until 4th June 2023 or until all 120,000 unique voucher codes have been distributed, whichever comes first. No voucher codes will be issued or accepted after this period.
• To be eligible for the Promotion, participants must:
a) Make a purchase of any menu item(s) at a participating GYG location in Australia, with a transaction value of $25 or more.
b) Be a registered member of a Gomex Account and have opted-in to receive marketing communications from GYG.
c) Receive a unique voucher code upon completing their purchase, which will be sent to their registered email address.
• The unique voucher code is limited to one per person and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash or any other alternative. The code is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member of the Gomex Account who received it.
• To redeem the voucher code and receive $10 in arcade credit, participants must follow these steps:
a) Download the Timezone app from the relevant app store.
b) Create an account or log in to their existing Timezone app account.
c) Navigate to the voucher code redemption section within the Timezone app.
d) Input the unique voucher code received from GYG to activate the $10 arcade credit.
e) Select a Powercard in your Timezone app account to redeem the $10 credit onto. Don’t have a Powercard? No worries, visit a Timezone location in Australia grab one for free.
f) The loaded credit must be used exclusively for playing games at Timezone locations in Australia and cannot be used for other services, products, or cash withdrawals.
• The $10 arcade credit received from the unique voucher code must be used by 30th June 2023. Any remaining credit after this date will be forfeited, and no alternative or compensation will be provided.
• GYG reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and refuse the voucher code redemption if any fraudulent activity or violation of the terms and conditions is suspected.
• GYG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice and without liability to any participant or third party.
• Limitation of Liability: GYG shall not be held responsible or liable for any incidents, injuries, losses, damages, or claims that may occur during a participant’s visit to Timezone locations. Participants must adhere to the rules, regulations, and safety guidelines set forth by Timezone. Any issues or disputes arising from the use of arcade credit or participation in Timezone activities should be resolved directly with Timezone. GYG disclaims all liability for any actions, omissions, or negligence of Timezone or any third parties associated with their facilities or services.
• Compliance with Timezone App Terms: Participants must comply with the terms and conditions, privacy policy, and any other applicable policies or guidelines set by Timezone for the use of their mobile app. GYG shall not be responsible for any issues, limitations, or disputes arising from the use of the Timezone app or any services provided by Timezone through their app. Any technical issues or concerns regarding the Timezone app should be addressed directly with Timezone’s customer support. Participants acknowledge that GYG is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of the Timezone app and disclaim any liability in connection with its use.
• GYG accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, or misdirected voucher codes or for any technical or communication malfunctions that may occur during the Promotion.
• By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to allow GYG use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Promotion without additional compensation.
• The Promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
• Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
