At GYG we love nothing more than seeing our family succeed! Keyla has been with us for nearly five years and counting and has worn many GYG hats.
After moving to Australia from Venezuela, Keyla started at Guzman y Gomez Griffith University without knowing any English; to make it even more special, she was offered the job on her birthday!
Working as a crew member, Keyla moved to our Surfers Paradise store where she continued to build her team management and leadership.
When her family relocated to Sydney, Keyla became the Shift Leader in Manly and Dee Why opened in 2018 Keyla took on Assistant Restaurant Manager. Keyla moved in to Hola Central as office manager and soon after the real estate team spotted Keyla’s passion and eye for detail.
Today Keyla is now studying a Diploma of Project Management, whilst working as a construction product coordinator leading the refurbishment of our World Square store. In her spare time, Keyla is a cake baker extraordinaire and we’re all lucky enough to try her delicious creations.
