Accessing Uber support FOR AN EXISTING GYG DELIVERY ORDER
Who do I contact if I have an issue with a live GYG Delivery order?
If your issue is related to a live GYG Delivery order, please contact Uber Support through the GYG App or website. Please note that this is only available within a 72-hour window from when your order is placed. You must raise your issue with Uber in the 72-hour window to be eligible for reimbursement. You can contact Uber Support with either of the two options below:
- Navigate to the ‘current orders’ section on the GYG App home screen and click on your order.
- Select ‘Help’ in the top right-hand corner of the ‘Delivery by Uber’ screen.
- Choose ‘Message Support’ – you can speak with the Uber Support team about your live order from here.

OPTION 2: Accessing support via the SMS (recommended for ‘web’ orders)
- Grab your mobile and open the SMS about your GYG Delivery order.
- Click the order tracking link SMS which will open an order status screen.
- Select ‘Message Support’ – you can speak with the Uber Support team about your live order from here.
