Accessing Uber support FOR AN EXISTING GYG DELIVERY ORDER

Who do I contact if I have an issue with a live GYG Delivery order?


If your issue i
related to a live GYG Delivery order, please contact Uber Support through the GYG App or website. Please note that this is only available within a 72-hour window from when your order is placed. You must raise your issue with Uber in the 72-hour window to be eligible for reimbursement.
You can contact Uber Support with either of the two options below: 

OPTION 1: Accessing support via the GYG App

  1. Navigate to the ‘current orders’ section on the GYG App home screen and click on your order.
  2. Select ‘Help’ in the top right-hand corner of the ‘Delivery by Uber’ screen.
  3. Choose ‘Message Support’ – you can speak with the Uber Support team about your live order from here.

OPTION 2: Accessing support via the SMS (recommended for ‘web’ orders)
  1. Grab your mobile and open the SMS about your GYG Delivery order.
  2. Click the order tracking link SMS which will open an order status screen.
  3. Select ‘Message Support’ – you can speak with the Uber Support team about your live order from here.
